Overview
Huefall is a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad provided by Ibrahim Alper Koc (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Ibrahim Alper Koc is the data controller for the information described in this policy. Contact us at support@alperkoc.dev.
Huefall uses Apple’s iCloud, StoreKit, and Game Center services; Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics; and Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform. You do not create a separate Huefall account and Huefall does not ask for your name, email address, or password to play.
Game data and Apple services
Huefall stores information needed to operate the game, including Coins, Tool inventory, unlocked and selected Palettes, statistics, achievements, completed-game records, purchase-fulfilment records, and pending leaderboard submissions. The active board and preferences such as sound and haptics remain local to your device.
iCloud and CloudKit
When iCloud is available, permanent progress is stored in Huefall’s private CloudKit database so it can continue across devices signed into the same Apple Account. This includes an app-specific installation identifier used to reconcile game state safely. It is not used for advertising.
Purchases and StoreKit
Apple processes App Store purchases and supplies Huefall with transaction identifiers and entitlement information. Huefall uses those values to deliver purchased Coins, restore Starter or Premium access, unlock Palettes, and prevent duplicate fulfilment. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple provides the identity and game-service information needed to display leaderboards, submit scores, and reconcile achievement progress. Apple’s handling of Apple Account, iCloud, StoreKit, and Game Center information is governed by Apple’s policies.
Advertising and consent
Huefall uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads and dismissible interstitial ads. The current app configuration requests non-personalised ad serving, disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier, and does not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) or App Tracking Transparency permission.
Non-personalised advertising can still process information such as IP-derived approximate location, app-, device-, or developer-bounded identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, performance information, and diagnostics for delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, measurement, and reporting. Google and enabled advertising partners process information under their own terms and the choices recorded through Google’s User Messaging Platform.
Buying Starter or Premium suppresses automatic transition interstitials. Optional rewarded ads remain available. Where privacy options are available, you can revisit them in Huefall under Settings, Privacy & Legal, and Manage Privacy Choices.
Analytics and diagnostics
Production and TestFlight builds use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure in-app interactions such as gameplay, navigation, Shop, purchase, and advertising events. Firebase may process a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, app and device information, approximate location derived from network information, app sessions, and product interactions.
Huefall does not set a Firebase user ID and does not intentionally send names, email addresses, Game Center IDs, CloudKit IDs, active-board contents, or StoreKit transaction identifiers as analytics event parameters. Development, preview, and automated-test builds do not collect Analytics by default.
Firebase Crashlytics is enabled in distributed builds to diagnose crashes and improve reliability. Crash reports can include stack traces, relevant app state, app version, device and operating-system information, and technical identifiers associated with an installation. We do not attach a name, email address, Game Center identity, CloudKit identity, or custom Firebase user ID to crash reports.
In distributed builds, Firebase Analytics begins with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation consent denied. Huefall asks Google’s User Messaging Platform to determine and present the legally required choices before requesting ads. When a privacy form completes successfully, Huefall resets its Firebase Analytics app identity.
Data sharing and tracking
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers needed to operate iCloud continuity, purchases, Game Center, advertising, security, analytics, and diagnostics, or where disclosure is required by law.
Huefall does not request IDFA access and does not intentionally request personalised advertising. Google Mobile Ads and enabled partners can still process app-, device-, or developer-bounded identifiers for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, measurement, and reporting. The applicable consent state, device settings, provider configuration, and platform rules affect that processing.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you remove Huefall’s data from your device. Private CloudKit progress remains associated with Huefall and your Apple Account according to Apple’s iCloud controls and retention practices. Huefall does not currently create a separate developer account or provide a single in-app control that erases all private CloudKit progress.
Purchase-fulfilment evidence is retained for as long as needed to deliver and restore purchases, prevent duplicate fulfilment, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Store transaction and Game Center records are retained by Apple. Analytics, diagnostic, and advertising data is retained by Google and enabled partners according to their policies, product settings, and the applicable consent state.

Much of Huefall’s account-linked information is held in Apple’s private services, so we may direct you to the relevant Apple Account, iCloud, Game Center, purchase-history, or device controls. Purposes and legal bases
Information is processed to:
- save progress and provide requested app features;
- fulfil purchases and restore entitlements;
- provide Game Center scores and achievements;
- prevent duplicate rewards, fraud, and abuse;
- measure and improve the game;
- display and measure advertising under the applicable choices; and
- diagnose crashes and maintain reliability.
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, we rely on consent where it is legally required for analytics storage or advertising processing; performance of the requested service or contract for purchases and app functionality; and legitimate interests in securing, maintaining, and improving Huefall where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Children
Huefall is intended for a general audience and is not designed or marketed specifically for children. It does not ask players to create a Huefall account or submit a name or email address to play. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact support@alperkoc.dev so we can review the situation.
Your rights and international processing
Apple, Google, enabled advertising partners, and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than where you live. Their contractual safeguards, terms, and privacy policies apply.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, restriction or portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Contact and changes
We may update this policy when Huefall’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will appear at this stable URL with a new effective date.
